After a hardy rain, these wonderful double daffodils had bent over from the weight of the water captured in their many layered petals. When some didn't straighten back up, I brought them inside to enjoy close up. As I was eating lunch I glanced over to their position near the window. The sun had just come around to shine brightly on them and also deepening the shadows. They appeared to glow from inside. I raced for my camera before that fleeting moment was gone.
